Aussie Oyster Trays will happily accommodate the following return option within 14 days of order placement, for items that unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

REFUND

If you qualify for a full refund (for items that unused, undamaged and in the original packaging) that will be returned to your original payment method. If you received free shipping on your original order, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping expenses.

You must include your contact details including your original order number from Aussie Oyster Trays.

We recommend sending your return with registered post or postal insurance. We will not hold any responsibility for missing parcels.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at office@aussieoystertrays.com.au with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will Endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible.
