Welcome to Aussie Oyster Trays. We are a family owned and operated business based in Port Lincoln, South Australia.

With a flair for invention, Graham looked for ways to value add to our Coffin Bay Oyster Farm business. When Covid come to Australia in 2020, it was unclear how it would affect the Oyster operations. By 2021 he had developed a concept – an oyster tray that can hold 12 oysters. The product has been granted an Australian and New Zealand Registered Design being the first in Australia of its type.

The tray is Australian made in Melbourne, Victoria. The construction is of a strong aluminium foil which is recyclable and reusable.

After discussions with a number of reputable chefs, the tray was designed to be a cost effective way to prepare and cook oysters in the hospitality industry.  The Aussie Oyster Tray is dishwasher safe and can be used numerous times for cooking oysters with toppings.

The tray allows retailers to improve sales and margins by offering take away and home delivery options such as Uber Eats for cooked, value-added oysters.

The tray is ideal for retail fish outlets and is a great way to improve presentation of shucked raw oysters for sale. You may sell as a standalone product in your store to offer to oyster consumers for ease of cooking oysters at home.
